John: Practiced general dentistry for a few years, practiced & taught oral pathology / oral medicine for 32 years, assistant dean for student affairs for 5 years, practiced & taught clinical hypnosis, trained in martial arts (mainly uechi ryu karate & tai chi) on & off since first year university, meditating (zen & vipassana) for over 25 years, teaching mindfulness for over 15 years, practiced yoga for about 10 years, blogging since Dec 2011, breathing for over 7 decades, before that I don't recall ...
